Roseville, MN – The Preserve of Roseville is thrilled to announce Kristel Lastine, L.N.H.A., LALD has been named Executive Director.
Most recently, Lastine was Executive Director at Great Lakes Management/Hayden Grove in St. Anthony, MN, where she successfully led the pre-opening and ongoing development of the independent living, assisted living, and memory care community. In addition, Lastine held executive leadership positions at Transforming Age/Heathers Manor and Benedictine Health System.

Lastine earned a Master of Arts degree in Health and Human Service Administration from St. Mary’s University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from the College of Saint Benedict. She is licensed as both a Nursing Home Administrator and an Assisted Living Director by the Minnesota Board of Executives for Long-Term Supports and Services (BELTSS).
