Our Enhanced Assisted Living community offers a higher level of care than traditional Assisted Living. While standard Assisted Living helps with basic daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and medications, Enhanced Assisted Living supports residents with more complex needs who don’t require memory care. It serves as a vital bridge between traditional Assisted Living and Memory Care, offering enhanced oversight and staffing necessary to support residents’ independence while addressing their increasing care requirements with dignity and respect.

Community Features

The Enhanced Assisted Living neighborhood at The Preserve of Roseville features 16 private apartments, each thoughtfully designed with a sink and refrigerator to support resident autonomy and promote a sense of independence. While residents may prepare light meals if they choose, all daily meals are professionally prepared and served in our centrally located dining room, ensuring balanced nutrition and fostering opportunities for social interaction.

In addition to the Enhanced Assisted Living dining space, residents are welcome to enjoy meals in the main dining area located on the first floor of the community, offering flexibility and variety in their dining experience. Daily life enrichment programming is provided within the Enhanced Assisted Living neighborhood, and residents are also encouraged to participate in the broader community’s activities and events, supporting holistic engagement and social well-being.

Personalized Care Plans

Each resident in Enhanced Assisted Living receives a comprehensive, person-centered service plan developed in collaboration with the resident, their designated representative (if applicable), and licensed healthcare professionals. This plan outlines each resident’s assessed needs, preferences, and goals, and guides the delivery of services accordingly. Service plans are reviewed and updated regularly, or as the resident’s condition or care needs change—to ensure continued alignment with their health status and personal choices.

Emergency Response and Safety

For added peace of mind, each resident is provided with an emergency response pendant, enabling them to request assistance at any time. Whether support is needed for mobility, toileting, or other health-related concerns, our trained care team is available on-site 24/7 to respond promptly and appropriately in accordance with the resident’s service plan and individual needs.

Support Services

At The Preserve of Roseville, we understand that maintaining a clean and organized living space isn’t just about comfort, it can also be essential to a resident’s health and well-being. That’s why our Enhanced Assisted Living residents receive up to 30 minutes of housekeeping each week, helping to reduce fall risks, support hygiene, and create a calming environment. We also provide weekly laundry service, ensuring residents always have fresh clothing and linens without the physical strain that laundry tasks can bring.
